🎵 Uzsong — Refund and Delivery Policy
General Information
Uzsong is committed to providing every customer with a high-quality and personalized experience. We understand that issues may sometimes occur, and we aim to resolve them fairly, quickly, and professionally.
🛍️ Product Information and Delivery
Each Uzsong order is 100% personalized based on the information provided by the customer.
Orders are delivered by email within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
The song will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
We are not responsible for issues caused by an incorrectly entered email address. If you notice that you entered the wrong email address, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to help.
If there is a delay, please check the following:
your Spam / Junk folder;
that the email address was entered correctly.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following case:
if you do not receive your song within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout:
Express — 1 hour;
Fast — 3–5 hours;
Standard — 10–12 hours.
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
change of mind;
an incorrectly entered email address provided by the customer.
If you have not received your song within the selected delivery timeframe and have already checked your Spam folder, please contact us at support@uzsong.com within 7 days from the date of purchase.
🔁 Rework
We want you to love your song. A rework is available only if there is a technical issue with the delivered product:
Audio issues — the file is corrupted, does not play, or contains serious technical defects, such as silence or noise;
Incorrect lyrics — serious mistakes in names or lyrics that do not match the information provided by the customer;
Wrong language — the song was delivered in a language different from the one selected when placing the order.
If your order meets these conditions, you may request one free rework.
⚠️ Technical Issues
If the delivered file is:
corrupted;
incomplete;
affected by technical issues,
please notify us within 48 hours. The file will be resent or corrected at no additional cost.
📩 Refund or Rework Request
To submit a request, please contact us at support@uzsong.com and provide the following information:
your order number;
a brief description of the issue or requested change.
We will respond within 2 business days and explain the next steps.
💳 Refund Process
If your refund is approved because the order was not delivered within the selected delivery timeframe, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
