Once your order has been accepted:

you will receive your personalized song by email within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout;
delivery will be made to the email address you provided during checkout.

provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address;
not use our content for unauthorized, unlawful, or commercial purposes;
respect the intellectual property rights of our creators.

Uzsong is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or invalid email addresses.

All songs created by Uzsong are original works. You are granted a license to use your personalized song for personal and non-commercial purposes only, such as sharing it with friends, posting it on social media, or giving it as a gift.

Reselling, reproducing, or distributing the song for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

  1. Reworks and Refunds

For more detailed information, please review our full Refund and Delivery Policy. In summary:

you are entitled to one free rework per order. Additional reworks may be provided free of charge at our discretion;

refunds are only issued if you do not receive the product within the delivery timeframe selected at checkout and you contact us within 7 days.

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

change of mind;
personal style preferences;
incorrectly entered email address.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Uzsong is not responsible for:

indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the service;
delays caused by third-party email services, spam filters, or user errors.

In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
